This project is one of the examples of fruitful cooperation between AC “Socioconsulting” and ICF “Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health” under the project “Women. Peace. Security: Working Together” implemented by the Ukrainian Women’s Fund with the support of the UK Government through the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the United Kingdom Development Cooperation.
One of the components of this project was the development of the methodology “Survey on meeting the needs of transport services” and its testing.
In particular, the team of AC “Socioconsulting” developed a toolkit (questionnaire) to assess the satisfaction of community residents with the services of various types of public transport, taking into account the security requirements during the war, and analyzed the sociological data obtained, namely the answers to the questionnaire of 2,465 respondents.
The prepared analytical report includes an analysis of the level of satisfaction of community residents with the services of various types of public transport: urban, suburban and intercity (including bus and railway); identification of key problems and priority areas for public investment and infrastructure projects aimed at ensuring a stable, efficient and safe transport system that will meet the current challenges faced in the context of martial law and post-war reconstruction.
