This publication represents the results of the first national sociological survey on stigma, discrimination and violation of human rights of people living with HIV. The report analyzes the data on stigma and discrimination against people living with HIV from others in the field of health and education services, employment, as well as describes the situation of internal stigmatization of HIV-positive people. The report contains blocks on PLWH informing of their rights and experience of combating stigma and discrimination. The experience of PLWH regarding testing, treatment, disclosure of status and having children is described.
