The research was conducted by AC “Socioconsulting” in partnership with Women in Digital Transformation (WinDT) as part of the Digital Transformation Assistance (DTA) project, which is supported by USAID, UK International Development, and Eurasia Foundation.

The main objective of the research is to identify gaps and obstacles for vulnerable groups in accessing the Internet, gadgets, and using public digital services (including Diia) and to develop recommendations for overcoming/mitigating these obstacles.

So far, the qualitative part of the study has been implemented, namely 14 focus groups and 17 in-depth interviews with representatives of vulnerable groups: people with disabilities and their caregivers, IDPs, veterans, the elderly, parents of young children, etc.
