The study examined needs of children born from HIV-positive parents, including HIV-infected children and children with undetermined HIV status in social, medical, educational and other services. It also estimated accessibility of services for children and their legal representatives, as well as identified the factors affecting the amount and quality of various types of services for the target group. Children living with their parents/guardians and minors who are dependent on state institutions were taken into account.
