This publication is the first to present the point of view of public organizations regarding observance of Ukraine’s commitments to the UNGASS Declaration on sexual and reproductive health. The methodology of the monitoring study was based on desk review. It included a review of the regulatory framework, the available scientific publications, statistical data analysis, a secondary analysis of sociological data and behavioral research results, and consultations with experts.
