The evaluation was based on monitoring conducted during project implementation (statistical reports, other documentation, and the results of research conducted over February-March 2009 and March-April 2010). In order to prepare comprehensive conclusions, the collection of additional empirical information from participants, partners and Project beneficiaries was also organized. For this purpose, six national and regional business discussions and meetings, 24 flexible expert interviews, six focus groups (with youth living with a disability, their parents and trainers) were conducted.
