Voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) with rapid tests as a tool to attract and access vulnerable groups to comprehensive services of HIV/STD prevention and treatment

The study evaluated the process and efficiency of VCT with rapid tests, in particular, determined the features of this service in mobile and stationary conditions, factors affecting the efficiency and quality of VCT, assessed its accessibility for certain vulnerable groups (IDUs, FSW, MSM). It assessed the level of vulnerable groups’ satisfaction regarding VCT with rapid tests, motivation, provision of related services and redirection efficiency.
