Public Opinion Survey as an Instrument of Patient Rights Monitoring in Medical Institutions of Ukraine

For the first time in Ukraine the specialists of our center have developed a methodology and technology for monitoring patients’ rights, providing a system of indicators to quantify the prevalence of patients’ rights violations. As well as a pilot study was conducted to test the developed methodology to analyze patients’ rights compliance in Ukraine, as well as make certain improvements to the indicators system and recommendations regarding implementation of public monitoring.
