The aim of the study was to collect, compile and analyze data on the problems of people living with HIV-related stigma, discrimination and human rights violations. The uniqueness of this study is that it was carried out by a uniform method in more than 40 countries. Ukrainian stage of research was conducted by Analytical Center “Socioconsulting” jointly with the NGO “All-Ukrainian Network of PLHIV.
