The project “Promoting Inclusive Labor Market Integration in Vinnytsia Region through Social Innovation” was implemented by NGO “Impact Force” on behalf of the Government of Germany within the framework of the project “REYOIN — Promoting the Socio-Economic Integration of Ukrainians Returning from Abroad, Internally Displaced Persons, and Host Communities in Ukraine,” implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

Our team focused on analytical and advisory support to the project, including the following components:

  • providing consultations on the labor market situation in Ukraine, in Vinnytsia region, and the three target communities, including identification of barriers and opportunities for integrating vulnerable groups into local labor markets;
  • developing the concept and moderating roundtable dialogues with community representatives;
  • conducting desk research and analyzing discussions held during the roundtables;
  • preparing White Papers for each target community, focusing on barriers to the socio-economic integration of vulnerable populations, including veterans and combatants, persons with disabilities, internally displaced persons, and others;
  • developing recommendations, including priority actions, responsible stakeholders, and potential partners for further implementation;
  • providing consultations on the development of Action plans aimed at improving labor market conditions in each of the target communities.
