The study analyzed current legal mechanisms ensuring the labor rights of young people with special needs, and its implementation in practice. Considerable attention was paid to the study of challenges and constraints faced by young people with disabilities in employment, vocational training, skills development, etc.; the analysis of incentives for employers to create new jobs for the disabled people and services to promote the employment of young people with special needs provided by various social institutions and organizations.
