The aim of survey was to study the public opinion of population of cities of regional subordination, Kyiv and Sevastopol, about their state-administrative arrangement and to define the level of satisfaction with the quality of services and support of reforms in different sectors:
- local elections and participation in solving local problems
- public awareness and providing administrative services
- municipal or urban engineering
- education
- health care
- social protection
- culture
Research method:
The research method was face-to-face structurized interview. The total number of respondents was 1200.
Data sample: national, representative for adult population of cities (Kyiv and Sevastopol), multistage, stratified sampling, with usage of quota method at the last stage of sampling. The quotas were made by two features: age and gender and counted for every city.
