This study is an assessment of the potential of Kvinna till Kvinna partner-NGOs at the project inception phase (baseline assessment).A total of 4 gender NGOs were evaluated in Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Lviv oblasts, and Kyiv city.The evaluation included analysis of project documents of organizations, monitoring visits to NGOs, interviews with staff, and key stakeholders in the field of combating gender-based violence in each of the regions.
The evaluation was conducted in several key areas:organizational development, the potentialofNGOs in such areas as combating gender-based violence, “Women. Peace. Security”, expanding women’s participation in various spheres of public life, community mobilization, advocacy, etc., monitoring and evaluation of NGO activities.
The final evaluation is scheduled for 2020.
