The volume is a part of the project “Everyone has the right to work: Partnerships to improve employment opportunities of young people with special needs”, is implemented by the East Europe fund. This monograph presents the results of the research of Analytical Center “Socioconsulting”, aimed at studying the situation in Luhansk and Lviv regions to respect labor rights and employment of youth with disabilities. The analysis of existing regulatory mechanisms should ensure labor rights of young people with special needs, and implement them in practice. Considerable attention is given to the study of difficulties and constraints faced by young people with disabilities during employment, vocational training, training etc; analysis of employers stimulation to create new jobs for the disabled people and services to promote the employability of young people with disabilities, provided by various social institutions and NGOs.
