The publication represents the results of the impact assessment of the project “Everyone has the Right to Work: Partnerships to Improve Employment Opportunities for Youth with Special Needs” on the situation concerning the employment of youth with disabilities. The originator and a key performer of the project is EEF. The Research has been conducted by Analytical Center “Socioconsulting.” This report represents a comparative analysis of the achievements of the project including its declared aim, the acceptance of the concept and the effectiveness of the approach to its implementation, which have been identified by EEF for years 2008-2010; the ideas for further development of the project and recommendations for its replication in other regions are offered.
